During some parts of the year, prices increase due to special events or public holidays.
Mid week discounts are sometimes available. Below is a summary of rates however it is best to check with the owner at the time of booking.

Sanctuary Weekend Packages: For Couples Only

Romantic Indulgence Package
($750.00 per couple)

Check in early so that you maximise your time to indulge in the peace and tranquillity of Sanctuary Bundeena. Leave the working week behind with a totally relaxing one hour massage for both of you. Raise a glass of champagne to your ongoing health and happiness as you relax in the gentle flicker of scented candle light. Nibble on the chocolates and cheese and fruit platter that await you. Package also includes a brunch for two at your favourite local cafe and a late check out on the Sunday.

Weekend Adventure Paddle & Hike Package
($610 per couple)

Included in your package is 2 nights accommodation PLUS a guided ½ day walk in the Royal National Park PLUS a guided ½ day Kayak tour with Bundeena Kayaks.

In this fabulous package you will experience the Royal National Park through the eyes of an expert. Local guide Ian Wells of Royal Coast Walks will take you on a ½ day walk to some of the beautiful sights and interesting features of the National Park.

Next day either Marnie or Bruce from Bundeena Kayaks will take you on a 2½ hour guided tour around the Bundeena shoreline and beyond. All equipment is provided, along with bottled spring water and morning tea.

Late checkout is available on the Sunday so you can have lunch and freshen up before you head home.

Weekend Guided Day Walk Package
($538 per couple. All ages catered for)

This package includes 2 nights accommodation PLUS a guided day walk. Take the opportunity to experience the Royal National Park through the eyes of an expert. Local guide Ian Wells of Royal Coast Walks will show you the National Park that he loves, providing you with a fun, unique and great value outdoor experience. Ian will adapt the walk to your abilities so age and fitness level is not a barrier. Catering is provided and includes fruit, snacks and a sandwich lunch. This day walk can be up to 16Kms and 8 hours.

An optional massage can be arranged for an additional cost.

Weekend Kayaking Package
($480 per couple)

Included in your package is 2 nights accommodation PLUS a guided ½ day Kayak tour with Bundeena Kayaks. In this fantastic 2 for the price of 1 kayaking deal you can expect a guide for the duration of the trip, all equipment, bottled spring water and morning/afternoon tea. The tour usually takes place on Sunday mornings but other days and times are available by request.

If you want to hire kayaks at other times during the weekend you will receive an additional discount from Bundeena Kayaks.

Late checkout is available on the Sunday so you can freshen up before you head home.

Coast Walk Package
($870 per couple)

A special package for couples who book a Kookaburra 2 day walk with Royal Coast Walks. It includes a discounted price for the coast walk and a special accommodation discount.

  • Kookaburra Tour - $215 per person
  • Accommodation - $440 (special of 3 nights for the price of 2)

Arrive at Sanctuary Bundeena on the first night. Awake refreshed and ready to go rather than having to rise extra early and rush to get to the Park in time. Meet your guide at the Bundeena Wharf to start the walk. Leave any bags and unnecessary clothing at Sanctuary, where it will be safe while you are out on your walk. On the second night you will be camping in style in the National Park while we hold your room at Sanctuary free of charge.

At the conclusion of your two day walk we will be waiting to meet you at Otford, and will drive you through the National Park back to Sanctuary Bundeena where a hot shower or bath and a comfy bed are waiting. If you wish we can book you into one of our local restaurants for a well earned dinner. A relaxing massage can also be arranged for an additional cost.

If you chose to stay extra nights at Sanctuary Bundeena we will offer you an additional discount.

Weekend “Find Your Inner Artist” Pottery Packages

Maybe it’s your wedding anniversary (traditionally at the 8th & 9th wedding anniversary couples exchanged pottery gifts) or maybe you just want to try something creative and new.

Either way, why don’t you and your partner investigate your creative sides together by learning the ancient art of pottery. No previous experience is necessary. Renowned Sydney artist Marion Stehouwer of the Something at Mary’s Studio will guide you through the process of wheel throwing or hand building in private sessions. With expert tuition, warm encouragement and hands on assistance she will bring out the creative flair you always thought you had.

There are two options:

  • Creative Pottery Package – Wheel: $675 per couple ( 2 nights accommodation PLUS an intensive package of instruction in wheel throwing over 2 half day sessions)
  • Creative Pottery Package - Hand building: $540 per couple (2 nights accommodation PLUS one half day session of clay sculpture for beginners)

Those who book their sessions with Marion through these packages will receive an additional discount of 10% on any pottery they purchase from her Studio.
